The story

We spent years building products that never shipped. More time in Jira than in code. More meetings about the roadmap than actual building. The tools assumed you had a team of fifty, a quarterly planning cycle, and a project manager to keep everyone aligned.

We had an idea and a laptop.

So we built Cold Anvil. Not another platform. Not another SaaS that adds a tab to your browser. A forge. You bring the idea, it shapes the output, and you ship something that works.
